In order to provide our clients the best working experience, we have established a considerate Cancellation & Refund Policy.
- All our Projects start with the complete analysis, discovery, and creation of a scope of work document. During this process we make sure that both the parties completely understand the work requirements and thus eliminates the potentials for Cancellation, Reversals or Disputes in Project.
- We plan our every project and divide it into milestones, and because we spent time and work hard to achieve each and every milestone and complete every module, that’s why it is not possible to refund for the work already done or completed.
- If there is an event of termination of project on mutual basis, then the client has control of the completed work. In this case, any payment for further development will become void and no previous payment or deposit would be refunded.
- Once the Client approves initial work and we start working on development phase of the project, then no payment will be refunded, there will be no partial refund for project (mid-way phase) as well.
- There will be no Cancellation of Services that our Marketing team offers on Special Occasions. This is because these services/offers are only for limited time and can’t be cancelled.
- None of our Creative Communication Service is Refundable, but if you (the client) want to cancel our services then you will have to give a written notice 30 days in advance.
