Dr. Shilpa Talati is an expert holistic health coach based out of Ahmedabad - better known as “the best doctor in town” by her happy customers. After 25+ years of service with only what nature has to offer, she ventured into the virtual world. But she sensed her brand wasn’t emerging out of the vast ocean of activity online - where she could inspire and help people get on the right health track. That’s when she approached PulsAero seeking a brand identity that instills positivity and confidence towards self-healing.

Social Media Marketing
Our first challenge was brand positioning that creates a distinctive impression in the customer’s mind. We defined the target market and created a value-based brand positioning strategy with a forward-looking approach. The lead actors in the strategy were a soothing graphical expression and intellectual, visual contrast.
In the first phase, we had to create a customer base for the Ahmedabad market to attract more walk-ins. We knew that we required a simple message to stand out among the clutter. So, we began performing in-depth market research and developed a strategic framework for content marketing. We found out the pain points that Revive can solve - as essential incorporation in the strategy. As the first phase took shape, we extended the insights into a digital content strategy to build an online presence for the local brand. Taking a vivid system of graphic expression, we introduced Revive into the online world. To communicate high-performance, we emphasized on the brand voice and intellectual, visual contrast. It had to be a branding that influences emotion, thought, and, eventually, perception. The color associations we used portrayed Revive’s brand value, benefits, and attributes. The result was a strong, defined, and influential presence.
We kicked off with a discovery session at Dr. Shilpa’s Clinic immersing ourselves in her vision, mission, and values. The first thing we came up with was the Brand Name: ‘Revive - Health & Wellness.’ And then we commenced the creative journey of crafting the Revive Identity that it had to be.
The project set off with a conversation between PulsAero's CEO, Kushal Kahar & Revive owner, Dr. Shilpa. During our first meeting, we got it clear that Dr. Shilpa was more than just a nutritionist. Her approach to holistic health was pure and natural. To be a guiding light for every person seeking spiritual, mental, and physical elevation without pushing them beyond their likes. The Brand Name emerged soon after learning her approach. ‘Revive - Health & Wellness’ perfectly conveyed the Brand Message of regaining the original state of mind, body, and soul - being naturally healthy and blissful.
The Revive Logo process wasn’t so smooth and straightforward. Of course, it had to be the expression everyone could grasp. The core idea was to build a Brand Identity that resonates with Dr. Shilpa’s personality. Rendering that illustrates the perspective in all shapes and sizes - digital as well as offline. But the ultimate goal was to get more walk-ins for Dr. Shilpa’s clinic.
Round 1 was all about understanding her existing customers and building a user persona. Round 2 began with extensive brainstorming. The result needed to be a visual identity that looks calming yet empowering. One that evokes caring, joyful emotion to lead healthy lives. The design took time and plenty of ideation, drawing pages and pages of ideas in our sketchbook. We took the sun’s silhouette as the source and water droplet as life - blending both in dozens of combinations. After Round 3, the refine session, we provided Dr.Shilpa with three Revive Logo variations. She gravitated towards a gentle, more natural one that appeared welcoming and familial.
Dr. Shilpa’s next objective was to have a holistic health website that gives visitors exactly what they want - a fully responsive solution. Our goal was to combine a smooth exploration experience with brand storytelling. We had to highlight her passion and unconventional approach to health and wellness.
We were tasked with building a website that nurtures the growth of an online community. We also needed to focus on user-friendly customized website design that supports one-to-one online consultations. We got busy with long zoom calls and strategy building discussions. There were occasions during the process when Dr. Shilpa was unable to invest time. But with a little nudge of motivation, we managed to get things done without causing disruption.
Thus began our first action phase. We took the initial discovery for the Brand Identity as the basis for anticipating user needs. Keeping user experience at the heart of every step, we began developing the website content. Practicing the critical behaviors of users, we developed a knowledge library providing easy access to Holistic Health Therapy, Innovative Health Recipes, Staying Fit Tips, and more. The content was created to be impressive for both users and search engines. It was proofread and matched with simplicity to enable smooth user journeys.
The design phase initiated as we ideated a color scheme with a light background and dark text. We balanced it with two soft colors for the layout margins, one of which was from the Revive Logo. The result was distinctive, giving a pleasant feel.
We had it in mind that a well-designed website is much more than just aesthetics. From the website architecture perspective, a lot of planning had to go into technical elements. We dig into clearly defining site goals and site scope. Then encompassed per page URL for tracking and SEO purpose; clear call to action; a CMS that enables the creation of referral codes that customize as per the user’s journey on site.
